Last known location:
Sandyford Ireland

Former UK plate:
JMT 774K

Current condition:
Good

Engine:
700 cc

Wheel base:
Three wheeler

The engine is 700cc, probably the original, with about 50k miles showing.

It starts easily and never over heats - when I got it 12 years ago I fitted a new, slightly larger, Mini radiator so had to remove the heater but other than that the engine and box are standard.

If you look at the photo with the model you can see that the rear has been cut back (after a slight rear knock I would guess) and the canopy lock and strut have been removed. This makes the engine cover much easier to get off so I'm happy to leave it alone and use a broom stick as a support! The rest of the body acceptable (once you like orange!) I fitted adjustable AVO shocks at the rear with softer springs (its still very firm on the bumpy roads here). The steering wheel was swapped for one off a friend's Lotus Elan and there's a temperamental 8 track player filling a hole in the rear parcel shelf.
