This is in fact WMC Bug number one and was the press car/demonstrator which I made and still own.
It is still in very good (stored) condition.
It is production Number one because the first prototype 4 wheeler I built (ACR 113K) was an original Reliant built Bond Bug modified (not a WMC Bug) having been rolled and badly damaged by a previous owner.
